QuickBooks online allows users to send, or overpay, funds from an invoice and how that money was spent. If a user wants to remove the transaction from their statement they can do so quickly without having to contact QuickBooks support. However there is one step in between: deleting the payment altogether. In order for this deletion of line item to be successful it must first have been confirmed by a bank manager has not yet cleared through on-boarding as recorded status in Quickbooks. To delete an Overpayment go into your account with “Edit” then select “Payments”, choose which invoices you want to delete overpayments from and hit enter.,
